The applications for lateral transfer to İstanbul Şehir Üniversitesi from other establishments of higher education are evaluated according to YÖK’s “Regulations on the Principles of Lateral Transfer Between Establishments of Higher Education on Undergraduate and Associate Degree Levels,” the principles and quotas established by İstanbul Şehir Üniversitesi.
