PROGRAM OUTCOMES

1. Will analyze and criticize statements and arguments.
2. Will critically analyze arguments and argue for one’s theses cogently.
3. Will develop professional skills and the ability to conduct research.
4. Will read and interpret a variety of writings of the major western and eastern philosophical traditions
5. Will write carefully, clearly and logically.
6. Will develop a life-long commitment to thinking, questioning and learning.
7. Will learn how to identify controversies in the philosophical debate and develop an own thesis. 
8. Will evaluate current world affairs within a philosophical framework and offer alternative solutions to contemporary problems.
