İstanbul Şehir University fictious case team has been the first Turkish team which got entitled to get to the finals of The Price Media Law Moot Court Competition, organized by Oxford University.
The fictious case team of İstanbul Şehir University School of Law students got entitled to get to the finals of "13. The Price Media Law Moot Court Competition" by winning Media Law Fictious Case Competition Pre-selection. The team has been the first Turkish team to get to the finals in the competition, organized by Oxford University.​

The team is consisted of Begüm Ceyda Kömsöken, Melike Kulaksız, Muhammet Emre Dereci, Samed Bahçeci and Zehra Betül Kargı, who are students of İstanbul Şehir University School of Law. They are guided by Prof. Ergun Özbudun, the lecturer in the School of Law.

The jury members are judges of European Court of Human Rights. The competition is organized based on the cases of European Court of Human Rights. The participants of the competition are from South Asia, Asia-Pacific, South-eastern Europe, North-eastern Europe, North Europe, Middle East, Africa and America. The final will be held between 30 March and 3 April, 2020 in England.
