Assoc. Prof. Kimberly Hart
Kimberly Hart is an Associate Professor of social-cultural anthropology at SUNY Buffalo State. She earned her doctorate from Indiana University in 2005. Her book, And then We work for God: Rural Sunni Islam in Western Turkey, was published by Stanford University Press in 2013. She has been studying the street animals of Istanbul since 2014. She is a TÜBİTAK funded-visiting researcher at the Center for Urban Studies.
